Dr Andrew Flynn - Associate Member of BRASS

Career Experience and Qualifications

Dr Andrew Flynn is an associate member of BRASS from the School of City and Regional Planning. He was educated at the Univeristy of Essex and recieved his PhD from London University. Andrew joined Cardiff University in 1995 as a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Policy and Planning. Prior to this Andrew worked as a senior lecturer in Environmental Policy at the University of Hull. Andrew is co-editor of the Journal of Environmental Policy and Planning.

Research Areas of Interest

Environmental regulation; Business responses to sustainable development; Food regulation.

Research Projects

Dr Flynn is currently working on a range of BRASS related projects including Accounting for Taste: Contested Accountability and Regulation in Food and the eco-footprinting project.
