Dr Elen Stokes - Associate Member of BRASS
Career Experience and Qualifications
Elen Stokes is a City Solicitors Educational Trust Lecturer in Property Law at Cardiff Law School and an Associate Member of the BRASS Centre. Previously, Elen was awarded a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Research Fellowship. She held this at Manchester University in conjunction with a Faculty of Humanities Research Fellowship and a Law School Research Fellowship in Regulation.
Research Areas of Interest
Her research focuses on the regulation of risks, particularly those associated with new technologies. Elen's recent work examines regulatory responses to nanotechnologies and the role of information disclosure in managing health and environmental threats.
