Dr Diego Alfonso Vazquez Brust - Research Manager
Career Experience and Qualifications
Diego is a Research Manager at BRASS. He holds degrees in Hydraulic and Civil Engineering from the University of La Plata (Distinction, Argentina), a postgraduate diploma in Project Administration from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), Masters in Research Methods and in Business Administration (MBA, Distinction) from Royal Holloway School of Management, University of London. He completed his PhD also at Royal Holloway School of Management, University of London. His dissertation thesis was titled ‘Environmental Governance, Mindsets and Performance: A Discourse/Stakeholders Approach’.
Prior to joining BRASS Diego worked for the Interamerican Bank of Development (IDB) as a consultant in project administration (2005-2006) for the Quequen Harbour Project and in the public sector for the Argentinean Government as Programming and Investment Manager in the Reconquista River Project funded by the IDB (1997-2002)
