Jeroen Dijkshoorn - Research Associate
Career Experience and Qualifications
Jeroen is a Research Associate at BRASS. He studied law foundation for two years at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. He has more than 10 years of experience in most aspects of the commercial research industry both in The Netherlands and the UK. He previously worked as a surveyor on the National Waste Survey.
Research Areas of Interest
European alternatives in waste management, Process control and waste minimisation, Waste management of SME's in rural Britain, Waste Data Management, EC and UK Waste Law and the European Waste Catalogue
Research Projects
Jeroen is currently analysing the data of The Environment Agency Wales' National Waste Survey and he is also involved in the Keep Wales Tidy project. From February 2005 he will be working on the Cardiff Waste Trial. Jeroen is also a regular contributor to government consultations on waste related issues and is in the process of setting up The BRASS Centre Data Unit
