Towards Sustainable Agri-Food
BRASS' work in this area includes issues of accountability and food governance; food procurement and sustainability; waste; the climate change impacts of food production and consumption; and ways to achieve more sustainable, accountable and socially responsible systems of food supply.
Brass has a comprehensive programme of food related research incorporating the activities of over 20 members of academic staff, researchers and PhD students.
