What does the BRASS Centre do?
The Centre for Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS) is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The ESRC is the UK's leading research funding and training agency addressing economic and social concerns. We aim to provide high quality research on issues of importance to business, the public sector and government.
Our research concerns issues such as transport, how socially responsible businesses are, helping government regulate on the environment and making all our communities more sustainable and public access to environmental laws. We communicate with schools through researcher placements, work closely with community groups, farmers and Non-Governmental Organisations and all our events are open to the public. If you would like to be added to our events list, please email heminge@cf.ac.uk. Below, you will find a selection of our research projects, reports, websites and tools which may be of interest to you or your community.
